Stoli unveils $3,000 Andes water vodka
By Becky PaskinStolichnaya vodka has unveiled the third and final expression in its ultra-premium elit pristine water series, which carries an RRP of US$3,000.

The water for the Andean edition has been sourced from a natural spring in the foothills of the Andes Mountains that feeds Colico Lake in the La Araucania region of Chile.
The water is then used to dilute “Russian alpha spirit” made from a single source of grain, which is then freeze-filteres at -18C.
The expression is then bottled at 40% abv in a hand-cut Glencairn crystal bottle designed to refract light and “enhance the liquid’s clarity”.
The bottle is presented in a sustainably-sourced Chilean black cherry wood box lined with leather.

“Our quest lead us to the crystal waters of Colico Lake, where the unique balance of minerals ensured the third and final edition in our elit pristine water series, would emphasise elit by Stolichnaya’s heritage of unrivalled taste and craftsmanship.”
Previous editions in elit’s pristine water series have featured water from New Zealand and the Himalayas.
