Dandelyan – London

Following White Lyan’s triumph at Tales Of The Cocktail this year, cocktail genius Ryan Chetiyawardana has opened his second bar in the very new and much talked-about Mondrian Hotel on London’s Southbank. The epic cocktails are botanical heavy and the bartenders are some of the best in the business; this bar is going to be big.

Nuit Social – Toronto

This new West Queen West restaurant-bar is a great spot in the middle of the city with an extensive wine list, a selection of bite-sized nibbles and delicious cheese and meat sharing boards. The colourful stained-glass bar is a beauty and if you get bored of wines, the cocktails are good too (but come in a bit pricey).

FOC – Singapore

BarChick’s most excited about Spanish Dario Knox’s creations behind the bar, although with Michelin-starred chef Nandu Jubany running things in the kitchen you know the tapas is going to be out of this world at this highly-anticipated Spanish outpost.

Pas De Loup – Paris

With a Scandi style kitchen serving up delicious small plates and a sultry cocktail bar out back where Candelaria’s Amanda Boucher is at the helm creating some mega drinks, this new spot has it all. Follow the flavour map to find your perfect drink, or pair your food and cocktails with their pairing menu.

Boilermaker – New York

Golden Cadillac didn’t last long so they’ve swapped 70s retro for craft beer, cocktails on tap, and, of course, classic American beer and shot pairings. Boilermaker has many of the same team behind it (Greg Boehm, Don Lee, and Miguel Trinidad) but a completely different vibe – this is an awesome neighbourhood joint.
