Baileys creates new Chocolate Cherry edition

Baileys liqueur has released a new Chocolate Cherry edition in the USBaileys Chocolate Cherry follows on from the launch of Baileys Chocolat Luxe – a fusion of real chocolate and Irish whiskey – which was unveiled in August last year.
Anthony Wilson, son of Baileys creator Steve Wilson and lead innovation scientist at Diageo, took three years to develop Baileys Chocolat Luxe having experimenting with over 200 different kinds of chocolate from around the world.
Designed to appeal to female consumers, new Baileys Chocolate Cherry is available across the US at an RRP of US$21.
“With the launch of new Baileys Chocolate Cherry, modern women everywhere can take delight in the innovative new flavour that takes the spirit of Baileys to the next level,” said Stephanie Jacoby, liqueurs brand director at Diageo.
The brand ventured further into flavour extensions last year with the launch of Baileys Vanilla Cinnamon, following the release of Baileys Orange Truffle in 2012.
