i think you missed bars in continental Europe, Like the G&T Bar in Berlins mitte District – a small speak easy that started by only serving Gin and Tonic having a seasonal Manu with chaning Tonics and Gins representing the seasons.

Only one in Spain? Really? And COLD Bar, just off Fleet Street carries a good few, as well as distilling their very own.

U re right, gin was created in Holland, perfected in UK and apart from phillipines (where is most drunk), Spain should be highlighted as one of the top places to taste gins. Spain’s gin consumption ritual makes the difference by offering gin in a ball-glass full of ice and using best garnished and premium tonics. Living in the UK I regret to order premium gins and seeing how they make it in tube glasses and adding lemon wedges!

The Oliver Conquest on Leman Street (by Aldgate East) is another great choice for London gin bars. They have 210 gins at last count and it’s constantly growing! Friendly staff will help you choose a gin to suit – even my friend who loves bourbon was impressed with their aged gins which are similar to whiskey.
