Diageo and rap star Sean “Diddy” Combs has officially released Cîroc Pineapple, the fifth flavoured vodka in the brand’s portfolio.
The latest addition to the ultra-premium vodka range is described as delivering a “rich pineapple flavour with a touch of vanilla and a tropical finish”.
Its launch comes two months after Combs announced the flavour on Instagram with an image of the bottle, captioned: “BREAKING NEWS!!! ANNOUNCING THE NEW #CirocPineapple COMING TO A STORE NEAR YOU!!! RT RP.”
Diageo is launching the new flavour throughout Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week 2015 in New York from 4-11 September, and rolling it out across the US now.
“We set the standard for ultra-premium vodka with our previous flavours, consistently taking the #1 spot for vodka innovations,” said Combs.
“We’ve done it again with Cîroc Pineapple. Our infused vodka flavours are consistently innovative and versatile. They are great for making delicious cocktails and smooth enough to be enjoyed neat or on the rocks.”
Cîroc Pineapple is available in 50ml, 200ml, 375ml, 750ml, one-litre and 1.75L bottles, with an RRP of US$34.99 for 750ml.
