New website marks renewed global focus for Cachaça 51

Brazil’s Cachaça 51 has launched a new-look website as it prepares to gear up its footprint in international markets.

Cachaça 51’s new website is Cia Muller’s first step toward seriously internationalising the brand

The new site – www.cachaca51.com – has been developed entirely in English with a more modern and interactive layout to appeal to consumers in international markets.

Cachaca 51 has enlisted journalist Mauro Marcelo to blog about cachaça and gastronomy, while New York-based Brazilian bartender Daniel Bull will create a series of recipes for the brand.

“The launch of the new website is a further step in the direction of our brand global communication,” said Darleize Barbosa, export manager of Cia Müller de Bebidas. “We want to work with a practical and accessible website, ready to expand our participation in the International market.”

The website and blog launch follows Cachaça 51’s sponsorship of the 76th annual Volta a Portugal Liberty, Portugal’s largest sporting event held between 30 July and 10 August.
