Diageo to host World Class House in London

Diageo is to host a World Class House in the centre of London next week as the grand final of the annual global cocktail competition begins.

Diageo’s World Class House pop-up will run for a week in London during the competition’s grand final

Located at 33 Fitzroy Square, the five-storey Georgian townhouse with rooftop terrace will act as a hub for the 49 bartenders participating in the competition, as well as their supporters and cocktail fans.

The luxury pop-up will comprise of eight individual experiences, including the World Class Hub lounge; the Alexander & James luxury cocktail room; a Mexican underground bar with Don Julio Tequila; Johnnie Walker Blue Screening Room showing the latest Jude Law collaboration; Tanqueray 10 Martini Bar; Ron Zacapa experience; Haig Club tastings; and Ketel One sensory tastings.

In addition, visitors will be able to participate in cocktail masterclasses with leading bartenders and Michelin-starred chefs.

The World Class House will be open from 17.30-23.00, from 28 July to 3 August. Guests must purchase tickets for entry via definitivedrinkingguide.com
