Masterclasses available at Vinexpo’s Spiritual Bar

Vinexpo’s Spiritual Bar has proved a runaway success in its inaugural yearThe concept bar, launched only this year, aims to put the vibrant world of spirits under the spotlight, allowing brand owners to showcase their products through a variety of cocktails.
Using their award-winning talents, members of the Hong Kong Bartenders’ Association have devised an explorative cocktail menu expressing each spirits’ flavour profile and versatility.
This team of world class bartenders is led by Lewis Tsang from Ritz Carlton Hotel, Ken Ng from Island Shangri-La Hotel, Hoven Lam from Peninsula Hotel, and Roy Chan from Hong Kong Jockey Club.
“In its inaugural year, the new Spiritual Bar has been an exciting challenge to work on,” said Daisy Jones, associate publisher and event director at The Spirits Business.
“A lot of the success has to be attributed to Neil Wong, president of the Hong Kong Bartenders’ Association, and his team of award winning mixologists who are running the bar for us.
“We are inviting visitors to come to the Spiritual Bar and join us for a cocktail, or enjoy any of our remaining masterclasses.”
The Spiritual Bar is located in the centre of Hall 3 at Vinexpo, which is running from 27-29 May.
