El Capo, Manchester
Over 70 tequilas hide within the graffitied walls in Manchester’s new South American hangout. The hedonistic cellar restaurant headed up by Troy Amador opened is open and ready for business, serving up authentic tapas and Mexican street food.

Trophy Room, Boston
Boston has got a new neighbourhood bar in the South End district. Trophy Room may look like it’s been around for 50 years with dark wood floors, marble bars and old school cocktail tools, but having recently opened in soft launch phase, this haunt is the city’s new hotspot. But it’s not just for the creative cocktails, the open kitchen is open from 10am for boozy brunches and in the evening is cooking up gems like duck sausage flatbread.

Mikropolis, Copenhagen
From the champion phantom brewery, Mikkeller, comes their first cocktail bar with – you guessed it – beer-centric drinks which showcase small batch spirits and flavours.
Vendersgade 22, 1363 Copenhagen, Denmark

The Cat & Mutton, London
A two storey pub in the prime location of East London’s Broadway Market has been closed for a refurb over the winter, but it’s now reopening for summer boozing and hipster hanging. The Cat & Mutton’s success was synonymous with the uprising of the London Fields area in general. On the ground floor you’ll find ale and craft beer plus some wacky taxidermied sheep, or leave your pint downstairs and head upstairs to Pearl’s for cocktails.

Maison F Bar, Paris
Paris’s coolest district, Montmartre, has bagged yet another great new bar and they’ve got a couple of bartenders from The Beef Club on board, so the cocktails are of course epic. There’s an industrial vibe and laid back atmosphere, so expect armchairs and relaxed window side tables. Rumour has it they serve the best frites in town too. We’re sold.
