It attracted speakers from across the globe, including Buffalo Trace’s Harlen Wheatley, Rum ambassador Ian Burrell, Dead Rabbit owned Sean Muldoon and Jack McGarry and Burn Stewart master distiller Ian MacMillan.
Taking to the main stage at the Top Shelf Show in Melbourne were Ian Burrell, Andy Gaunt, James Wilkinson and Manuel Terron to discuss what makes a world-leading bar and what others can learn from them.
In celebration of The Dead Rabbit’s second birthday this week, bar owners Jack McGarry and Sean Muldoon released a second edition of the bar’s menu. Brimming with new drinks, the book also takes an exciting new format that tells the life story of Dead Rabbit gang leader John “Old Smoke” Morrissey as a graphic novel.
