Win US$5000 with the inaugural Snow Queen Cocktail Masters

Calling all bartenders – if you’re a fan of Snow Queen vodka and fancy showing off your skills for a chance to win a top prize of US$5,000, how about entering the Snow Queen Cocktail Masters 2013?

Organised by celebrated Kazakh vodka Snow Queen in association with The Spirits Business, this international contest will reach its climax in a grand final in London next January, when 10 chosen finalists will compete for the grand prize and title of Snow Queen Cocktail Masters champion.

For the first round of the competition, bartenders are invited to record a 3-4 minute video of themselves, making their chosen cocktail, taking up to a minute to explain why they prefer using Snow Queen vodka to other brands.

Contestants should upload their video to YouTube and, after any necessary edits, the judging committee will post all entrants’ clips on the Snow Queen website, as well as on Facebook and Twitter.

The videos will be assessed for their presentation of the Snow Queen brand and its cocktail-making credentials, with the judging committee and the general public all having their say.

In all, 10 lucky finalists will be chosen – one by Snow Queen Vodka, one by The Spirits Business and eight by the public through their votes on Facebook and Twitter. The short list will be announced on the Snow Queen website, as well as on the brand’s Facebook and Twitter pages, and in the November issue of The Spirits Business.

The contestants will then be flown to spend three days in London for the grand final on 15 January 2013 – with all flights and accommodation paid for by the organisers. And from that final will emerge the winner of US$5,000 and the holder of the first ever Snow Queen Cocktail Masters title.
