The Zenith of perfection?

Ever wondered what the world’s rarest malt whisky tastes like?

Later this week Spirits Business Editor Dominic Roskrow will exclusively taste The Dalmore Zenith and tell us what he thinks of it.

There is only one bottle of Zenith in existence and it is currently touring the United Kingdom. It’s up for a sealed bid auction, with the highest bid between now and the end of March winning the bottle. The minimum bid is £50,000.

The Dalmore Zenith consists of three Dalmore malts: whisky from 1952 and from 1964, and a 52 year old malt distilled in 1926, the year of the great Stock Market crash, and bottled in 1978.

Dominic will be the only drinks writer permitted to taste and review the whisky.
