Boudier launches new range of liqueurs
By Dominic RoskrowDijon-based liqueur and cassis maker Gabriel Boudier has launched a new range of liqueurs aimed at the bar trade.
The Bartender Range includes more than 20 liqueurs, all made with natural ingredients and including traditional liqueurs with unusual ingredients, such as ginger bread and green tea. The range is tailor-made for bartenders making cocktails or long drinks.
The new liqueurs are already available in many retail outlets and they have been launched now because of the overwhelming demand for quality bespoke and premium products, and because that recent drinks trade figures show that liqueurs are staging a comeback and make up what is now the second fastest growing drinks category.
