The UK Bartenders Guild (UKBG) is partnering with Bulldog Gin for a summer cocktail competition, held at The Folly bar, London, on 4 May 2011.

The competition, open to everyone who fancies their chances as a cocktail whizz, lends itself well to flights of alcoholic fancy, with the only limitations being the base alcohol (Bulldog Gin) and the maximum amount of ingredients allowed.

The overall winner will get a choice of £200 or a night out for two in London, while joint runners-up will content themselves with a bottle of Bulldog Gin.
