Alex Mytton (left) and Jamie Laing (right) have signed up as official brand ambassadors for London-based alcohol delivery service BevyFirst launched in November 2015, Bevy is an app-based on-demand alcohol delivery service that supplies late night orders at local shop prices. The company offers “impulse goods”, including alcohol, tobacco and snacks, from 5pm to 5am across London, UK.
Bevy does not have a minimum order and charges a £5 flat delivery fee, promising to deliver products within 30 minutes using “butlers” on motorbikes.
“This is exactly what is needed when you check the fridge in the middle of a party and there isn’t anything left,” said Laing, one of the stars of hit reality TV show Made in Chelsea. “We’ve definitely been caught out far too many times without a bottle in hand, so this app is a life saver and we’re thrilled to get on-board.”
In their new roles as Bevy brand ambassadors, Laing and his co-star Mytton will make appearances at company events, market the brand through a series of stunts and promotions, and even provide surprise deliveries to customers in person.
“The Bevy app has saved our nights on so many occasions; we are looking forward to helping Londoners stay well stocked,” said Mytton.
Bevy is described as a “disruptive” app that allows local convenience stores to compete with large chains.
Marco Saio, Bevy’s COO and co-founder, said: “Having Alex and Jamie as fans of the brand has been phenomenal. We are delighted to have the cheeky Chelsea boys as our official ambassadors.”
