Santamania unveils distillery expansion

Spanish gin and vodka distiller Santamania has opened a brand new distillery to bring production operations under one roof.

Santamania Distillery has relocated to accommodate for growing demand for the brand

The new site boasts a 1,000 square metre space and is located in the northern outskirts of Madrid.

Javier Dominguez, Santamania CEO and one of the founders of the brand, said: “The new location and display will allow the distillery to maintain the quality and craft standards and increase production, while offering the public a whole new experience.”

An additional still has been installed into the new premises in order to meet growing demand for Santamania brands.

Below the glass division displaying the stills sits a five metre-long copper plated bar showcasing the final products and cocktail equipment.

In addition, the new facility will also offer a dedicated space where members of the public can attend seminars, tasting courses and even host private events.
