Sauza Tequila unveils ‘largest’ ever rebrand
By Melita KielySauza Tequila has unveiled its “largest rebrand” to date in order to capitalise on planned expansions to emerging Tequila markets, including Japan, Brazil, Russia and China.
Sauza Tequila has undergone a complete rebrand, the “largest” in its historyThe new look has been designed to highlight the Sauza family heritage and “elevate” the bottle’s visibility in international markets.
Set to launch globally in June, each expression will now include a redesigned label with the brand’s Gallo, plus a new bottle structure embossed with the Tequila Sauza crest and monogram.
“Sauza has been producing premium Tequila since 1873, continuously bringing fresh perspectives to old traditions,” said Megan Frank, senior brand director of Tequila at Beam Suntory.
“The rebranding will strength Sauza Tequila’s position in the category globally and offer an invigorated brand experience.
“The new packaging is simply gorgeous and a major upgrade for the brand and consumers.”
Furthermore, Sauza Blue 100% Agave Tequila has been given a new name – Sauza Signature Blue – and will feature a cork and wood closure.
