Pinkster gin agrees distribution deals
By Melita KielyPinkster gin is broadening its expansion plans having secured “six-figure financing” and distribution deals with Coe Vintners and Gordon and MacPhail.
Pinkster gin has signed distribution deals with Coe Vintners and Gordon and MacphailThe premium gin brand transferred to G&J Distillers in June this year and as part of its future growth plans is now searching for a “quirky” brand ambassador.
The developments are the result of “encouraging trade feedback” since Pinkster first launched last year, according to Stephen Marsh, Pinkster’s managing director.
“Buoyed by the encouraging trade feedback. We’ve secured six-figure financing and are ratcheting up the business,” he said.
“Given how fiercely competitive the category is, we’re might pleased to have caught the eye of leading wholesalers and will be stepping up production to cope with accelerated demand.
“Trade accounts tell us that we’re adding a twist to their premium gin repertoire and are especially popular with women, which backs up our extensive consumer sampling across the UK.”
Pinkster gin is sold at an RRP of £34 per 700ml bottle.
