Campari America MD leaves company

Campari America has confirmed its managing director Roy Danis has left the company, with Jean-Jacques Dubau stepping in as a temporary replacement.

Roy Danis has stepped down from his role as managing director of Campari America

The US arm of Italian drinks group Gruppo Campari did not disclose why Danis, who has served as managing director since 2012, resigned.

In a short statement, a spokesperson for the company said that Dubau, managing director of North America, would be leading Campari’s US business until a permanent replacement is appointed.

In February this year, Campari revealed a reshuffle of its sales organisation in order to accommodate its growing portfolio.

Brands in Campari America’s stable include Skyy Vodka, Wild Turkey Bourbon and American Honey.
