JD Tennessee Apple grew its volume sales from 0.9m cases in 2024 to 1.1m cases in 2025, representing a 16.8% increase, The Brand Champions 2026 report has revealed.

The Brand Champions is an annual report centred on the world’s biggest-selling spirits, those that have reached 1m cases and above.

The latest edition includes three more brands that have surpassed the 1m-case threshold.

Fellow American whiskey Bell Rock, owned by Global Spirits, soared by 209.5% in 2025 to reach 2.0m cases last year, compared with 0.6m in 2024.

Amrut Distillers-owned Amrut’s XXX Classic Rum nearly doubled (90.1%) its volume sales from 0.9m in 2024 to 1.7m in 2025.

Plus, ready-to-drink (RTD) brand On the Rocks, owned by Suntory Global Spirits, grew by a quarter (25.6%) to hit 1.0m cases in 2025.

Several brands, however, were unable to maintain their volume sales and fell below the 1m-case mark.

Diageo-owned vodka brand Cîroc dropped by 64.7% in 2025, plummeting from 1.02m cases in 2024 to 0.36m in 2025.

Also sliding below 1m cases were: Antiquity Indian Whisky (-1.1%, 0.9m cases), Sobieski vodka (-3.1%, 0.9m), Christian Brothers brandy (-8.2%, 0.9m), Old Port rum (-28.3%, 0.9m) and Kedrovitsa vodka (-22.2%, 0.8m).
