ProWein names host of Same but Different Bar
Award-winning bartender Stephan Hinz will be at the helm of ProWein’s Same but Different Bar when it returns to the German trade show next month.
ProWein will take place from 15-17 March 2020
The wine and spirits trade show will take place in Düsseldorf from 15-17 March. The Same but Different Bar will be located in Hall 7.0
Nicole Funke, senior project manager at ProWein, said: “We’re thrilled that Stephan Hinz has agreed to host our Same but Different bar.
“He has helped bring a real breath of fresh air to his industry, not just through his creative ideas and cocktail artistry, but also through his trailblazing system solutions for bars and hip urban restaurants.”
The bar and the two education school ‘classrooms’ will welcome some of Germany’s top bartenders who will be putting a spin on classic cocktails such as the Gimlet, Martinez and Gin Fizz.
Hinz, of Little Link, Cologne, will be joined by Lars Holzem, of Little Link, Cologne; Mohammad Nazzal, of Al Salam, Cologne; Ruben Neideck, of Velvet Bar, Berlin; Richard Dührkohp, of Hotels Tortue, Hamburg; Carsten Moeller, of Capella Bar at Breidenbacher Hof, Düsseldorf; and Andreas Andricopoulos, of Golvet in Berlin.
Entry to all classroom events is included in guests’ ProWein tickets, and registration is not required. Entry will be on a first come, first served basis.
