Saint Sithney expands ‘rainbow’ portfolio

Cornwall-based Saint Sithney Distillery has added three new flavoured gins and two non-alcoholic botanical ‘spirits’ to its range.

The extended range includes Summer Fruit Gin in purple, Elderflower Gin in green, and Rhubarb Gin in red.

Saint Sithney has also entered the alcohol-free ‘spirits’ category with two expressions: Original Botanical Spirit 0.0% and Pink Botanical Spirit 0.0%. Both new non-alcoholic options are offered in shaded bottles, with colours reflecting their alcoholic counterparts.

The new range has been developed to meet the growing demand from both consumers and the hospitality sector for flavour-focused premium spirits and alcohol-free alternatives.

Greville and Wendy Richards, founders of Saint Sithney Distillery, said: “Consumers are increasingly looking for premium experiences, whether that’s a full-strength spirit or a high-quality alcohol-free option. We wanted to create a collection that delivers on flavour, presentation and versatility behind the bar.

“The hospitality industry is evolving rapidly, and we’re seeing strong demand for premium flavoured serves and elevated no-and-low options that still feel indulgent and occasion-led.”

The new flavoured gins are designed with the on-trade in mind, providing bartenders and venues with versatile products suited for signature serves, Spritzes, and premium G&Ts.

Meanwhile, the new 0.0% Botanical Spirits range aims to capitalise on the ongoing growth of the low-and-no category.

The new product launches are part of Saint Sithney Distillery’s expansion strategy and will be showcased at trade tastings, hospitality venues, and industry events throughout 2026.

In March, the company acquired a fellow Cornish producer, the Cape Cornwall Rum Company, for an undisclosed amount.

The company is also set to introduce its new premium vodka brand, Idle Rock vodka, in early June, alongside continued product growth across its portfolio.

Last year, Saint Sithney submitted a planning application to build a new £3.5 million (US$4.6 million) distillery and visitor centre in Sithney, Cornwall.
