HT Drinks predicts 10% growth with new site
By Melita KielyWholesaler HT Drinks Group has invested an eight-figure sum into acquiring new premises in Wembley, London.

The UK-based wine and spirits wholesaler, which also looks after non-alcoholic beverages, secured an eight-figure funding packaging from HSBC UK bank.
The loan was used to acquire a 25,000sqft warehouse. The company has forecast this will increase its turnover by 10%.
Furthermore, the company said the new site includes office space, which gives greater space to improve distribution facilities.
HT Drinks Group expects to create 10 new jobs with the expansion, including roles in picking and packing, and additional driver positions.
Sagar Thakrar, director at HT Drinks, said: “The support from HSBC UK will make a huge difference to our business, providing us with the space to continue our growth journey while meeting customer demands. This includes our wine products, which are experiencing a noticeable increase in demand.”
HT Drinks Group also has a site in Birmingham in the UK.
The company covers a broad range of spirits, including Armagnac, Calvados, cachaça, gin, rum, Tequila, whisky, rum and low-and-no products.
Last year, the managing director of Mangrove Global penned an op-ed about the importance of wholesalers.
