The bar is the brainchild of Olly Brading, Andy Mill and Elliot Ball, who also founded The Cocktail Trading Company in London’s Shoreditch and Murder Inc in Soho.

New cocktails include the Newport Sour, a combination of kombu Bourbon, sour raisin and a Port-Sherry blend, which is shaken with egg white and garnished with a homemade Welsh cake with chocolate drizzle.

The Plants Vs Zombie comprises a house rum blend, banana cachaça, petit pois syrup, lime and aloe. The Gangsta’s Paradise is made with Volcan de mi Tierra Tequila, peppered mango soda, coconut-ginger oleo and gunpowder tea, which is garnished with a homemade Solero lolly shaped into a skull.

Other drinks include the Bell Pepper Daisy, made with Volcan de mi Tierra Tequila, ancho lychee, toasted apple and bell pepper agave, and the Mango Lassi Flip, made with Hennessy VS, Jagermeister Manifest, spiced mango, cream and egg yolk.

All cocktails on the menu are priced at £12.50 (US$16).

Alongside the new drinks, guests can choose between three samosas – spiced chicken, slow-cooked lamb or curried vegetable – with housemade butter-chicken mayo or vegan mango chutney dip. Two samosas and one dip will cost £8.50 (US$11).

As with the bar’s opening menu, drinks were created by general manager Sam Boevye and bar manager Rory Sorrell.
