Lillet designs bottles for Emily in Paris

Pernod Ricard-owned apéritif Lillet has collaborated with Netflix series Emily in Paris on two limited edition bottle designs.

The designs are available on the French aperitif’s Blanc and Rosé bottles

The collaboration marks the upcoming release of the show’s fourth season and was inspired by the titular character’s – Emily Cooper – love for France and fashion.

Designed for the brand’s Blanc and Rosé expressions, the labels feature ‘whimsical’ fashion illustrations that evoke ‘the Lillet woman in très chic Parisian outfits’.

The outfits are described as being ‘pulled from Emily’s closet’ with leggy day wear for Blanc and an ‘Emily by night’ take on classic elegance for the Rosé edition.

Léa Belot, head of marketing for Lillet, said: “At Maison Lillet, we were struck by how much our lifestyle brand had in common with the show’s main character, from a shared love of style and culture to a joyful, glamorous outlook on life.

“Emily’s self-expression, authenticity, and joie de vivre resonates with our community: like every Lillet woman, she knows that ‘chic’ comes from self-confidence, playfulness, spontaneity”.

The limited edition bottles will be available in 11 markets: the US, Germany, Austria, Denmark, the UK, Switzerland, Belgium, The Netherlands, China, South Korea, and Brazil.

The apéritif has also created two recipes for its signature Spritz serve, named the Emily Lillet Royale Blanc.

For Rosé:

  • Ice cubes
  • 1 part Lillet Rosé
  • 2 parts rosé Champagne
  • 1/2 part strawberry purée
  • Garnish: strawberry and mint

For Blanc:

  • Ice cubes
  • 1 part Lillet Blanc
  • 2 parts Champagne
  • 1/2 part peach purée
  • Garnish: strawberry and mint

Recently, the Netflix show also teamed up with Quintessential Brands to create a ready-to-drink (RTD) Kir Royale cocktail.

The apéritif was the eighth best-selling speciality spirit in 2023.
