Altro Zafferano reveals new cocktail menu

Italian diner Altro Zafferano has debuted a new cocktail and snack menu for its al-fresco terrace.

Singapore-based Altro Zafferano launched a revised menu on 18 March 2024, highlighting the addition of new Italian cocktails and cuisines.

Gilbert Fosson, group manager at Altro Zafferano, said: “With this new craft cocktail menu, we aim to push the boundaries of traditional Italian beverages while paying homage to our culinary heritage and embracing the vibrant flavours of Asia.”

The new menu is available in the al-fresco Terrace Lounge, located on the 43rd floor of the Ocean Financial Centre in Singapore. It also hosts a variety of social events and activities.

Classic cocktails such as the Americano and Negroni are available, now accompanied by an assortment of cocktails and other beverages through the new drinks list.

Particular highlights include the Nutty Nut cocktail, a spin on the Old Fashioned, made with Bourbon, Frangelico, fresh lemon, simple syrup, chocolate bitters and almond milk.

The Sunset Martini is another cocktail made from chilli-infused vodka mixed with Aperol, melon and lemon.

The new menu also includes cuisines made by executive chef Andrea De Paola and head chef Daniele La Rocca.

New dishes include Cantabrian Anchovies, which are served with Alpine butter, bread and lemon.

Fosson added: “Each cocktail and snack is meticulously crafted to deliver an unforgettable experience, where each sip and bite tells a story of innovation and culinary flair.”

In other news, Danico launched the third chapter of its Japanese-themed menu in February this year.
