Duppy Share partners with Ting to create RTD
By Lauren BowesCaribbean rum brand Duppy Share has created its first ready-to-drink (RTD) product, made with grapefruit soda brand Ting.

Duppy Share and Ting have shared roots in Jamaica.
Jack Orr-Ewing, CEO of The Duppy Share, said: “We’re delighted to announce our global partnership with iconic mixer brand Ting.
“The RTD category has been driving the drinks market for the last few years, and habits formed through Covid-19 have continued into a consistent trend.
“Our mission is to make rum more accessible by bringing people together for shared experiences to be remembered, so it was only natural for us to move into RTDs, allowing our customers to have a perfect Duppy serve every time, on the go or at home.
“Rum is the drink of togetherness, and RTDs’ role in festivals, events and group activities means we can stay true to our vision that ‘life’s best shared’ with these exciting new products.”
The 250ml can has an ABV of 6% and is available in UK supermarket chain Sainsbury’s for an RRP of £2.25 (US$3) per can.
Duppy Share raised £2 million (US$2.4m) in funding in 2022 and said it was aiming to reach 100,000 nine-litre cases by 2024.
The partnership is the latest in a line of spirit-mixer brand collaborations, with vodka brand Absolut having teamed up with both Sprite and Ocean Spray this year.
