Liqueur brand Cadello will team up with Rüya London restaurant for an evening with three bartenders.

Cristiana Pirinu from the Donovan Bar at Brown’s Hotel, Sara Cassano from The Aubrey and Giulia Pinato from Rüya, all based in London, will host an evening of cocktails at Rüya’s Mekan Bar on 13 November.

The three bartenders have each created a Cadello-based cocktail for the evening. The Venetian Night is chocolatey, the Cadello Sidecar is sweet and citrusy, while the Mr Mystery is dark and bitter.

Cadello is a blend of eight ingredients from Italy and the Silk Road. The liquid is aged in new French oak barrels and has an ABV of 33%.

The expression has notes of coffee, chocolate, cocoa, star anise and vanilla, with hints of hazelnut, mint, caramel and toffee.

Cadello’s branding was inspired by 18th-century Venetian masked balls.

Matt Dunn, co-founder of the liqueur brand, said: “Cadello is honoured to collaborate with Rüya in hosting this fabulous event with three of the top female bartenders in London.

“As a premium liqueur, Cadello works exceptionally well in quality cocktails and we cannot wait to taste the three cocktails on offer during the evening while enjoying a fantastic time together.”
