Vapoura expands rum range
By Lauren BowesEnglish rum brand Vapoura launched its latest product at the Frameless art gallery in London last month.

The launch event saw the brand come together with DJs and artists to create an ‘immersive’ digital art experience with rum-based cocktails. One room of the gallery was dedicated to Vapoura’s liquid story, with master distiller John Walters outlining the production process to visitors.
Vapoura Gold Rum has a 42% ABV and joins the brand’s debut product, Vapoura Spiced Rum, which launched in June 2023.
Distilled in small batches using traditional copper pot stills, the rum has notes of vanilla and a hint of tobacco and chocolate.
Priced at £65 (US$79), the new expression can be purchased directly from Vapoura’s website.
The rum is designed to be sipped neat or used in cocktails, with the brand suggesting a Port and Chocolate Old Fashioned for a Vapoura take on a classic.
The brand’s Spiced Rum has an ABV of 42% and is priced at £50 (US$60). It has tasting citrus notes of blood orange and lime with fresh turmeric and black cardamom.
Demand for premium rum is rising, with the sector expected to hit US$17.6 billion by 2027.
