Running from 29 November to 16 December, the brand calls on gin enthusiasts and novices alike to ‘delve into the artistry of gin-making’ and ‘immerse themselves in a sensory adventure’.

One of the highlights of the pop-up will be the Make-It Classes. These will allow guests to design their own gin blends under the guidance of a host. Beginning with a festive gin and tonic, guests get to craft their own gins and then take home a 500ml bottle, along with a personalised label.

Kai Reeves, managing director at Cambridge Distillery, said: “Our Gin Laboratory in Cambridge has consistently earned the title of the top visitor experience, and the run-up to Christmas provides the perfect moment to expand our offering, giving clients and visitors in London the chance to experience gin-making for themselves.

“Notably, our gins capture a remarkable 75% share of the global prestige-plus gin category [IWSR 2022 data], and at our London pop-up we’ll showcase what makes Cambridge Distillery gins unique, with our fresh botanicals, expertly blended by one of the industry’s most awarded palates.

“We have exciting new products to share and invite attendees to forge memories in our gin lab with friends and family and create a special Christmas gift from our library of botanicals”.

Additionally, the space, with a capacity of up to 16 people, can also be reserved for exclusive hire.

Both the classes and private hire can be booked on the Cambridge Distillery website.

A selection of the brand’s gins and gifts sets will also be available for purchase on-site.

Earlier this year, Cambridge Distillery entered the travel retail market.
