Italicus brings summer serves to The Biltmore
Italian liqueur Italicus has partnered with five-star hotel The Biltmore in London to host an outdoor terrace this summer.
Jason Atherton’s Café Biltmore Restaurant & Terrace, located in Mayfair hotel The Biltmore, will host the outdoor dining space in collaboration with Italian aperitivo brand Italicus.
Launched on 12 May, the Mediterranean-inspired terrace features a black and white mosaic floor inspired by the Renaissance period, leafy foliage and a cocktail bar.
The Italian brand will offer four serves created for the summer using its signature Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto.
The serves include Il Citrus, made with Italicus, Tequila reposado, banana-infused agave, lime juice and black walnut bitters; and Italicus Spritz, which combines Italicus with Champagne and olives.
A Sgroppino serve will also be offered, which mixes Italicus with citrus sorbet and sparkling wine. Drinkers can also enjoy an Italicus-infused lemon-and-gin sorbet.
Every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 5pm, the venue will offer brunch with bottomless Italicus Spritz serves, alongside live music.
A live DJ programme will run during the summer from Wednesday to Saturday evenings, from 6pm to 10pm.
The Italian brand recently revealed the global finalists of its Art of Italicus Aperitivo Challenge, after receiving 1,200 entries.
