Irish Coffee Martini

Renowned for its Irish Coffees, New York’s Dead Rabbit put a twist on the signature serve with this chilled Irish Coffee Martini.


45ml Bushmills Black Bush blended Irish whiskey

45ml Cold brew coffee concentrate, or drip coffee for a less-strong flavour

15ml Demerara sugar syrup

Dash of aromatic bitters

Method: Add all the ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake together hard. Fine strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish with lemon oils.
