Eight Lands recruits brand development manager

Speyside gin and vodka producer Eight Lands has expanded its team with the appointment of Josh Rosenbaum as brand development manager.

Josh Rosenbaum has been named brand development manager for Speyside spirits producer Eight Lands

Rosenbaum will be responsible for building relationships with on- and off-trade partners, and growing the Eight Lands brand both nationally and internationally.

Before joining Eight Lands, Rosenbaum worked for Amathus Drinks, leading a team and looking after national group accounts and London on-trade accounts. He has worked in hospitality and the drinks sector in the UK and across the US, including Boston and Las Vegas, and has also spent time working in Dublin, Ireland.

Alex Christou, founder of Eight Lands and Glenrinnes Distillery where the brand is made, said: “It’s fantastic that we’re continuing to expand the Eight Lands team to include so much expertise and talent from across the industry.

“Josh brings an exciting dynamic to the team having worked in both sales and the on-trade directly. We remain extremely ambitious for the brand and believe putting the right talent in the right positions within the business will not only help us grow, but also enable us to be resilient in changing and challenging times.”

Rosenbaum’s appointment comes three months after Matt Chambers was named UK ambassador – off-trade for Eight Lands.
