Jean-Dominique Andreu will step down as Camus CMO

Andreu will continue to act as an advisor to the Cognac house.

Pier Paolo Catucci, global brand manager, will take over the marketing responsibilities of Camus and report directly to Cyril Camus.

Cyril Camus, the fifth generation head of House of Camus, said: “I would like to thank Jean-Dominique for the very significant work he did at Camus.

“He’s an expert brand builder with deep experience of the Cognac industry and a proven marketer with strong experience of expressing brands globally.”

Under Andreu’s two-year leadership, Camus launched a redesign, new brand platform and an advertising campaign, which won the brand the ‘Top Com’ award for the ‘best campaign in the luxury category’.

Andreu added: “I have known Cyril Camus for over 20 years and I would like to thank him for giving me his trust with this amazing opportunity to reposition his brand.

“Camus is a fantastic brand with top quality Cognac and I am fully confident that the team will continue to roll out successfully the new brand platform [in] all markets.”
