Ketel One launches Drink Marvellously campaign

Dutch vodka brand Ketel One has created a new global campaign inspired by consumers’ search for “better, more thoughtful” drinking experiences.

The campaign, called Drink Marvellously, will be launched across above-the-line and below-the-line advertising, digital and social media platforms, and partnerships – including collaborations with influencers.

Made in partnership with creative agency Fig, based in New York, Drink Marvellously will feature hand-drawn illustrations and animations focused on a particular moment, real or imagined, to highlight the importance of a world where everyone is welcome and experiences are enhanced by being with friends or “charming” strangers.

Alexandre Rodrigues, global brand director, Ketel One Vodka, which is owned by Diageo, said: “People are evolving the way they socialise and are more likely to be found enjoying casual catch-ups with friends and seeking out high quality products.

“Our vodka is family-made by the Nolets, who throughout 11 generations of distilling legacy have always believed deeply in making things with quality and care at the heart of everything they do. This has led us to be voted number-one vodka by bartenders from the world’s best bars no less than seven times.

“Drink Marvellously invites people to an entirely new, marvellous world that’s right in front of us. We hope to create a unique sense of discovery and spark imagination instead of simply re-creating familiar occasions and experiences. The work is truly something to be experienced rather than explained.”

Drink Marvellously will rolled out across a number of countries, including the UK, Canada, Brazil and Australia, among others.
