Quaglino’s creates music-inspired bottled cocktails
London restaurant and bar Quaglino’s is preparing to launch a range of bottled cocktails inspired by famous songs and singers such as Frank Sinatra and James Brown.
Money features on the new menu of bottled cocktails at Quaglino’s
The All Time Classics menu will feature 10 bottled cocktails, each inspired by songs from artists such as Pink Floyd, Queen, Frank Sinatra and James Brown.
The 10 cocktails have been developed by Quaglino’s bar manager Marco Sangion and head mixologist Federico Pasian. The cocktails will be available by the glass or as full bottles to share.
The serves will be presented in up-cycled wine bottles, in keeping with Quaglino’s focus on sustainability, and each features an individually designed label reflecting the cocktail’s inspiration.
Every drink created for the menu is a twist on a classic cocktail, including Money, made with Sipsmith VJOP, Mancino Sakura vermouth and China Town cordial, and Somebody to Love, which combines Mancino Rosso, Fernet Branca, Islay whisky and orange soda.
The menu also features Sex Machine, a combination of Johnnie Walker Black, Tawny Port, Fernet, cherry and chocolate, and the My Way, made with Bulleit Bourbon, rhubarb, bitters and Mancino Rosso.
The new bottled cocktail menu will be available at Quaglino’s from 26 February 2019.
