Hugh Jackman mocks Ryan Reynolds in Aviation Gin ad

Actors Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds have released advertisements for each other’s drinks brands, with The Greatest Showman star playfully mocking Aviation Gin.

 
After years of jokingly feuding back and forth on social media, the actors have “called a truce” and agreed to make adverts for each other’s respective drinks brands.

Reynolds, the owner of Aviation Gin, and Jackman, the creator of Laughing Man Coffee, shared the same image across their social media platforms announcing the plan to make an ad for each other.

“Official truce with @realhughjackman!” Reynolds wrote on Instagram alongside a black and white shot of the pair shaking hands. “As a gesture of goodwill, I’m gonna make a beautiful ad for his company, Laughing Man Coffee. Can’t wait!”

In the new video (pictured above), Reynolds says that he and Jackman have been “working 24/7” on the adverts.

After watching the “professional” behind-the-scenes video for the coffee brand from Reynolds, Jackman tells the Deadpool star that he’s “not quite ready” to show his ad yet.

In the video for Aviation Gin, the Australian actor says: “Ryan Reynolds is a complete and total f***ing ass****”, before adding “the gin is pretty great though, I’ll have to try it someday”. He then proceeds to take the lid off and put the bottle on its side, allowing the liquid to pour out onto the floor.
