The Boodles Cocktail – The Donovan Bar at Brown’s Hotel, Mayfair

Ingredients: 50ml Hoxton Pink Gin, 10ml lemon juice, 10ml cherry blossom homemade sugar, 10ml Cocchi Rosa, soda (to top), absinthe (optional).
