Jägermeister Manifest grows travel retail presence

Mast-Jägermeister is expanding the availability of its super-premium herbal liqueur, Jägermeister Manifest, in travel retail.

Jägermeister Manifest is expanding availability to 29 new airports across Europe

From this month (December), Jägermeister Manifest will be available in an additional 29 airports across Europe at an RRP of €40 (US$45) per one-litre bottle.

Manifest is the first line extension from the German herbal liqueur brand in its 80-year history, and initially launched in March 2017.

The expression is based on the brand’s original recipe of 56 herbs, roots and spices, but contains additional botanicals and is a blend of five macerates rather than four.

The liquid undergoes a dual maturation process, and is double barrel matured in both small and large oak casks for more than one year. It is recommended to be consumed as a “sipping shot”.

Dietmar Franke, Mast-Jägermeister director of global travel retail, said: “Manifest is a super-premium liqueur that has been specifically crafted to demonstrate our unique brand credentials, gain share of the GTR liqueur market and offer consumers a true point of difference.

“This listing with Dufry marks a major step in our ambitious growth strategy within the travel retail sector.”
