Caffe Dante opened its doors in 1915. The new owners, three old friends from Australia, took over the space in 2015 with the aim of turning it into one of the world’s best aperitivo bars. During this seminar, Linden Pride and Naren Young, two of the bar’s owners, will discuss all aspects of their operation and why they feel they’ve had such great success.

A panel including Sother Teague, from bitters bar Amor y Amargo, and William Isler, of Capital Spirits Baijiu Bar, will discuss the challenges of building a bar programme around a single spirit.
