Gordon’s Pink Gin launches ‘playful’ TV ad

Diageo has launched the first TV advert for Gordon’s Premium Pink Distilled Gin as an extension of the brand’s ‘Shall we…?’ campaign.

The 20-second advert is a “playful” and “light-hearted” focus on the UK’s “obsession” with photographing food and drink to share on social media and creating “Instagrammable” drinks.

It will form part of a bigger multi-channel, high-reach campaign for Gordon’s Pink and support the launch of the ready-to-drink (RTD) Gordon’s Premium Pink Distilled Gin & Tonic can.

The advert will be broadcast across TV and VOD (video on demand) throughout the summer.

The campaign was created by “new model” agency Anomaly, which worked with Unreasonably Studios and Curious Production.

Anna Sablovscaia, Gordon’s senior brand manager, Diageo GB, said: “We are hugely excited to be launching the first ever TV advert for Gordon’s Premium Pink Distilled Gin, a drink that continues to prove immensely popular among our consumers.

“The new campaign looks to playfully tap into consumer trends and we look forward to seeing it unfold.”
