The recently opened Manly Spirits Co showcases Australian produce, such as malts and sustainably sourced native and foraged marine botanicals, in its inaugural spirits offering.

The range consists of: Manly Spirits Australian Dry Gin, Manly Spirits Marine Botanical Vodka, Manly Spirits Terra Firma Botanical Vodka and North Fort White Dog Malt Spirit.

“With a high proportion of spirits consumed in Australia imported from other countries, we believe there is a fantastic opportunity to showcase Australian craft spirits and are proud to be part of this movement,” said David Whittaker, founder and director of Manly Spirits Co.

Manly Spirits Co, which distills, bottles and hand-labels on-site, is also laying down casks of its single malt whisky range, called North Fort, and other limited edition Australian whiskies, which are matured and finished in in a range of traditional ex-Bourbon, ex-fortified wine French oak and ex-Australian wine casks. A number of whisky expressions will be available from 2019.

The distillery also features a bar, tasting and tour experiences.

“The Manly Spirits Co team are continually exploring the Australian botanical pantry and are drawing inspiration from the natural surroundings of Manly’s famed marine sanctuary,” said Stones.

“Our signature whiskies, gins and botanical vodkas, will be complimented by a rotating seasonal small-batch collection, The Distillery Expressions, that will be available exclusively at the Distillery Tasting Bar for industry and visitors to try.”

Manly Spirits Co’s range of spirits will launch nationwide across Australia from this month. Each expression has an RRP of between AU$75.00 and AU$85.00.
