Simone Caporale’s new cocktails at Quaglino’s

London brasserie Quaglino’s has partnered with internationally renowned bartender Simone Caporale to create a new menu of 10 cocktails – including reinventions of classic serves and contemporary mixes.

Caporale, formerly of London’s famed Artesian bar at The Langham hotel, used Quaglino’s own heritage as inspiration for the signature menu.

Formed in collaboration with the team at European brasserie Quaglino’s, Caporale’s menu includes a reinterpretation of the Bloody Mary, with an addition of lobster bisque and Port.

The menu will be available for a limited time only – from 1 November until 11 December.
