Eden Mill launches RTD gin cocktails

Scotland’s “first” single-site gin distillery Eden Mill is set to launch a range of ready-to-drink cocktails as part of its new Mixology Project.

The Eden Mill Mixology Project combines local botanicals with its range of gins

Master distillers from Eden Mill, which is based in St. Andrews, joined forces with bartenders from across the globe to create a range of bottled cocktails.

Available from 1 August, The Eden Mill Mixology Project combines local botanicals with the brand’s Love Gin, Original Gin, Oak Gin and Hop Gin bottlings to create a “premium cocktail”, that can be poured and consumed from the bottle with no mixing required.

The Berry Bramble flavour combines fresh berries and elderflower with Love Gin to offer “a modern interpretation of a classic cocktail”.

Citrus Fizz delivers flavours of grapefruit, lemon and blood orange mixed with Original Gin; while the Roasted Martini combines coffee beans, vanilla pods and Oak Gin.

Finally, Eden Mill’s Basil Smash combines Hop Gin, basil, watermelon and lime.

They will be available for consumers to try for the first time at the opening Summer Nights concert with Van Morrison in Glasgow, and at the opening of Eden Mill’s Gin House pop-up bar in the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Edinburgh on 4 August.

The 250ml single serves are svailable to order online at http://www.edenmill.com/gin/, and are priced £3 per bottle and £15 for a mixed pack of six, with cocktail goblet glass.
