Scotland-based Dunnet Bay Distillery is set to launch seasonal bottlings of its Rock Rose Gin brand, starting with the Spring Edition in May.

Rock Rose Gin Spring Edition features new packaging with springtime hues of green and yellow

The UK’s most northerly mainland distillery, Dunnet Bay Distillery first launched Rock Rose Gin in 2015 and released a navy strength version of the brand in October last year.

Rock Rose Gin, produced by husband and wife team Martin and Claire Murray, features traditional and local botanicals that are hand-foraged from cliffs and forests that surround the distillery.

The new Rock Rose Gin Spring Edition, said to have a “crisp, fresh flavour”, features a revamped ceramic bottle design with springtime hues of green and yellow.

“The launch of our Seasonal Editions gives us even more opportunity to express the heritage and provenance of Caithness through our gin,” said Martin Murray, co-founder of Dunnet Bay Distillery.

“We have been overwhelmed by the response from the industry to Rock Rose Gin date and hope these limited editions are another exciting proposition. We believe the limited lditions make great gifts for gin lovers and collectors and also that the striking bottles will provide strong bar presence.”

The Rock Rose Seasonal Editions carry an RRP of £37.50. The brand recently signed a new UK distribution deal with Instil Drinks.
