Bar 45 introduces Negroni Trolley

Dorchester Collection’s London hotel 45 Park Lane has introduced a Negroni Trolley to offer guests three variations on the cocktail.

Customers at the bar can now enjoy The Classic Negroni, Vintage Negroni and Aged Negroni variations direct from the trolley.

Bar 45’s Aged Negroni has been placed in an American oak barrel for eight weeks, resulting a “fuller” taste, with “hints of vanilla and caramel, finished off with a twist of citrus”.

The Aged Negroni is priced at £25, The Vintage Negroni is £28 and the Bespoke Classics are £18.

Bar 45’s Negroni Trolley taps into the classic cocktail revival, forecast by Cellar Trends to continue to drive UK imbibing in 2016.
