France remains a key supplier to Asian countries, with Cognac and Armagnac producers ready to fly the flag during the three-day event, which is expected to attract around 16,700 trade visitors.
Italian, American, Australian and South American producers will also be present, alongside a number of first-time exhibitors from Bulgaria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Mauritius.
In addition to the packed exhibition floor, visitors will also be able to take advantage of a series of seminars detailing the results of Vinexpo market studies conducted by IWSR. The research offers an overview of wines and spirits markets by country and product type, with keynote presentations at Vinexpo Hong Kong featuring China, Australia and Italy.
“We are delighted to stand alongside our trade colleagues as they expand their business across Asia and to give these wine and spirits producers the benefit of our combined knowledge,” commented Guillaume Deglise, Vinexpo CEO.
Vinexpo Hong Kong takes place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 24-26 May. For further information, see vinexpohongkong.com.
