Technological advancements and the blurring of lines between spirits categories have given way to both “hybrid” and never-before-seen bottlings, including Minus-33, the “world’s first” juniper distilled spirit; and Jim Beam Kentucky Dram, a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey blended with peated Highland Scotch.
