The travel retail-exclusive limited edition design features geometric lines and ‘La Parisienne’, an image central to the brand for more than a century.

Cointreau’s The Great ‘30s pack design is said to evoke women’s “road to emancipation” as they began to seize opportunities, “changing their destinies and expressing their new-found freedom in their dress and their lifestyles”.

According to Cointreau, the brand saw its popularity increase in the US during the 1930s. As the country emerged from the Great Depression, cocktail lounges became prominent with women drinking Sidecars and White Lady serves.

The signature serve today is the Cointreau Fizz (Cointreau, lime and sparkling water), which can be recreated in “dozens” of variations, including with cinnamon, basil or pear.

The Great ‘30s’ pack is available now in duty free and travel retail stores worldwide while stocks last, priced at €26 for one litre.
