Jägermeister creates instant ice-cold shot machine

Herbal liqueur brand Jägermeister has introduced a “revolutionary” new bar tool that allows bartenders to serve ice-cold shots at speed.

Jägermeister’s Speed Pour freezer is said to offer greater convenience for bartenders

The Speed Pour freezer stores two one-litre bottles of Jägermeister, ready for two bartenders to quickly pour shots chilled to 0° Fahrenheit.

“Following in the footsteps of our iconic Jägermeister Tap Machine and Shotmeister that created an ice-cold shot phenomenon, Jägermeister continues to lead through innovation with the first-ever Speed Pour cooling system where its speed and convenience put Jägermeister above all other liqueurs – quite literally,” said Marcus Thieme, newly appointed chief marketing officer for Jägermeister at Sidney Frank Importing Company.

“It’s important that we continue to listen to the needs of bartenders and developed the Speed Pour in collaboration with them as we are always looking for new ways to serve this German elixir made up of a closely guarded recipe of 56 premium botanicals sourced from around the world.”

Speed Pour stacks above the Shot Glass freezer – sold separately – which chills up to 48 shot glasses.

Jägermeister said the machine, which features two stag head pourers and two bottleneck extenders, enhances both convenient service and brand visibility.

The Speed Pour freezer retails for US$199 plus tax and shipping.

Jägermeister launched its first UK advertisement last year, encouraging consumers to order its ice-cold shot signature serve.
